IBVA mono system The
IBVA mono system is the easiest way to get started with EEG at home or
work. You have one mono brainwave sensor band and one set of transmitter,
receiver, aerial and antennae. The transmitter is so light you can wear
it attached to the back of your headband. The only power required is one
9 volt pp3 battery lasting over six hours in constant use.
A Mono IBVA shows general brain waves from the pre-frontal lobe, detected via the blue brainwave sensor band. Firstly you must apply a fresh set of pre-gelled disposable medical electrodes ( three per user or per session.) You simply attach the sensor band around your head, and connect the transmitter to it. The receiver unit is connected to the USB port of your computer and will begin to send braindata to IBVA software for analysis straight away. You can upgrade from a Mono to a Stereo system simply by ordering another mono system in the corresponding channel , so you will have left and right brainwave recording and analysis capabilities, and a stereo sensor band. |
