Every IBVA system contains all hardware and software you need to record brainwaves (EEG) straight away. IBVA comprise: Bluetooth micro EEG transmitter, blue EEG brainwave sensorband and IBVA4.x software DVD + 25 electrodes, battery and manual. There are two transmitters, sensorbands and batteries with a 4 channel system.

Accepted forms of payment : Credit cards by phone and Paypal, Company Cheque and Wire transfers.
IBAN, Bic & SWIFT provided by IBVA UK on each quote & invoices. All orders by Wire transfer & BACS require sender pays all fees.
IBVA UK accepts credit and debit cards with Streamline Merchant** services by telephone and uses Paypal* for internet orders.
For all UK companies and Educational Institutions a Government Borough or company cheque is acceptable. Once payment has been transferred to IBVA UK orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

** Written order confirmation is required, email and/or post for all orders making credit card payment by telephone.

*A Paypal account is not required, but fraud protection with user verification can take 5 days to complete before funds are transferred to IBVA UK for new Paypal account users.

Delivery: Orders are shipped interntionally as soon as payment fully clears,
Wire transfers and cheques may take 3-5 days to clear. Goods are shipped fully insured and take approx 5 days for delivery worldwide. Typical orders take 1week from receipt of funds internationally. Overnight shipping available upon request using UPS/Global priority.

Payment: All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. By requesting an invoice you receive the latest price, valid for 28 days. Prices may be subject to change without notice, but we will only alter the price after we have confirmed your order. If you choose to pay by cheque, your cheque will not be cashed before five working days prior to despatch of goods.

Accepting orders and security:
When you place an order, either by telephone or in writing, we will treat it as an offer to buy. If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number, at which point we make a legal contract with you. However, we will be entitled to refuse to accept your order if we feel it necessary, in which case we will e-mail you as soon as we can to let you know. When you receive your e-mail confirmation, you will have an opportunity to check the details and correct any errors.
In deciding whether to accept your order we may use the information you have given to us, or we already hold about you, or which we receive from any enquiry we may make with various agencies, to confirm your identity. This assists us to protect you and us from fraudulent transactions. If we decline your offer on security grounds we may contact you to seek an alternative payment method.

Shipping: sent by airmail for accessories, Downloads for software. Customers must provide a telephone number for non EU delivery addresses. Items shown on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your chosen items are not in stock, you will be advised of our best estimate of availability and delivery date at the time you place your order. Please note that an indication of such dates is an estimate only, may be subject to change without notice, and does not constitute a contractual obligation by IBVA UK to supply goods by a certain date. However, if availability is unduly delayed, we will use our best endeavours to keep you informed. We use special delivery internationally and IBVA systems arrive as a 'small box'. The UK & EU prices are inclusive of import duty, customs etc. Switzerland and other non EU countries - local taxes, importy duties may vary and IBVA UK is not responsible. USA local duty applies for non NY states. Far East, Asia, NZ and Australia are also subject to import duty.

Warranty: All items come with 3 months manufacturers guarantee. All goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. IBVA UK offer one year free warranty on all hardware supplied and free software upgrades for life. Hardware will not be replaced free of charge if damaged by the user. A system should be treated like a laptop, stored in protective packaging and kept away from all extremes of temperature, humidity and smoke. Any of IBVA hardware that has been opened/tampered with or modified is not covered by the warranty. All systems are tested before despatch.

Usage Guidance: Not for use by children or by photosensitive epileptics. The prospective user is advised that some individuals with sensitive nervous systems may have negative reactions to neurofeedback and/or light & sound training. This can be the case even under professional guidance. There are no reports of negative reactions from IBVA use. IBVAIf headaches or discomfort arise, obvisously cease use.

Privacy Policy:
IBVA UK will never use e-mail to market other products to customers. Any e-mail correspondence will only refer to outstanding queries or orders. You will only be required to provide information required for the transaction. All relevant information given at the time of ordering will be collected. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
